VE2
VE2 was founded in 2007 by Morten Lauritzen and Hugo Dines Schmidt. The design studio is located in Aarhus and the small team of designers are all graduates from Aarhus School of Architecture. VE2 focuses on durable designs rooted in quality, honesty, and the ability to create both aesthetic and functional value for the user.
Since its foundation, VE2 has earned widespread recognition in Denmark and internationally, collaborating with renowned brands such as Zone Denmark and Skagerak, where their refined approach continues to shape contemporary living.
VE2 primarily works in product design and interior design, ideally in the intersection between these two fields, since products always have an impact on the interior in which they are placed.

KOUPE
With its sleek and elegant design, Koupe combines strength with grace. The fine balance and slender, rounded form capture the light beautifully, creating a soft, subtle highlight. Smooth transitions between the base and handle flow seamlessly, allowing the handle to appear as one harmonious piece — solid, complete, effortlessly sophisticated, and refined.
CIEL
A light and elegant appearance with a soft accommodating curve which captures the light and gives the handle a distinct character. As light dances down the surface, the quality and finish of the material is highlighted, while the slim and minimal profile of Ciel underscores the handle’s strength and timeless expression.
